Challenge:

A leading international document technology company required in-depth training for analysts who play an integral role in the sales cycle by supporting field-sales representatives.

Solution:

ILS worked closely with subject matter experts to develop detailed instructor materials, learner guides, and presentation slides for the instructor-led portion of this course. These learning materials included concepts and skills training with three case studies, a roleplay conducting an interview with an executive, and an opportunity for analysts to develop, present and sell their solution. Through these exercises, learners gained a clear understanding of their value to the company and their role as an analyst. The course design offered many opportunities for practicing sales and marketing skills.
