Challenge:

The World Bank identified the need for an online learning tool to support individuals responsible for approving administrative transactions and those performing the approval role in the absence of their manager.

Solution:

ILS worked closely with subject matter experts to design an interactive eLearning module that describes the learner’s role in approving administrative transactions and introduces the key resources designed to facilitate success at performing this task. The module reinforces the Bank’s emphasis on “fingertip learning” by allowing users to create single-click access to each resource from the user’s desktop.
Upon completing this course, learners can describe their role in approving administrative transactions, list available resource material, and briefly describe the value of each resource to their role as an approver.
