Avoiding Discrimination in Hiring
A grant from the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration Related Unfair Employment Practices (OSC) funded the development of a computer-based training (CBT) program to educate employers on the employment verification process and how to avoid fines resulting from immigration-related employment discrimination.
Working closely with subject matter experts, ILS defined key learning objectives and identified course content. ILS created detailed storyboards and performed all development activities. The resulting course incorporates interactive case studies based on real-life scenarios to illustrate past interpretations of the law. The program supports organizations with high employee turnover and frequent short-notice hires.
