The rollout of the World Bank’s ePerformance system required an eLearning solution to provide Bank staff, supervisors, co-supervisors and reviewing officials with an overview of the Bank’s end-year evaluation process using ePerformance.
The Bank hired ILS to research ePerformance requirements for each role and design eLearning modules to address the identified needs. ILS worked closely with subject matter experts to define user needs and develop scenarios. The resulting course architecture supports a customized learning experience for each level of staff in a single module. Learning paths give staff maximum flexibility to tailor their experience to exactly the content they need. ILS developed detailed storyboards and audio scripts for voiceover recording. ILS also worked closely with the India-based production team, performed quality assurance testing, and coordinated all client review cycles.
