The Human Resources (HR) department for a large, international bank, undertook a major overhaul of PeopleSoft, the bank’s enterprise-level transactional and database system, and its major subsystems including HR applications such as Performance Management, Recruitment, and Self-Service. As a part of the learning stream, two eLearning modules needed to be developed: one for bank managers and one for bank staff.
ILS worked closely with subject matter experts to document interface functionality and identify representative scenarios for inclusion in the modules. ILS developed detailed storyboards and audio scripts, and coordinated all production and client reviews activities.
The “Manager Self-Service” module introduces the interface and walks through several key transactions. The “Employee Self-Service” module provides an overview of the staff interface and reviews basic transactions.
