ILS performed an in-depth instructional analysis and developed detailed specifications for eLearning modules featuring scenario-based interactive exercises with custom feedback and remediation. Animated characters engaged learners while enhancing fact and concept comprehension. Real-life scenarios help highlight vulnerabilities that surface in an environment lacking internal controls. These tools also serve to introduce the Internal Controls framework and motivate staff, managers, and Chief Administrative Officers to participate in the system’s implementation and maintenance.
